Who we are
USFans Spreadsheet is an independent buyer's catalog and agent-coordination service. We are not the official USFans website, nor are we Yupoo. We help buyers find items shown in factory albums and coordinate purchasing, inspection and shipping.
Nature of the service
We provide information and act as a buying intermediary. Product photos shown in linked factory albums are hosted by third-party sellers on Yupoo; we do not control those albums and their contents may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep links and information current but do not guarantee availability of any specific item.
Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp before you pay. You pay the item cost plus shipping; we do not add a markup to the product price. Quotes are estimates until stock and final shipping are confirmed.
Quality check and approval
We provide QC photos before shipping. By approving QC photos you accept the item as shown. We encourage you to review them carefully, as approval authorizes shipment.
Shipping and customs
Delivery times are estimates and depend on couriers and customs. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by your country. We declare parcels appropriately but cannot control customs decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for delays, customs seizures, or losses outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
The content written on this website is ours. Third-party brand names are used for descriptive identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.
