USFans Spreadsheet is an independent buyer's catalog and how-to resource for the USFans shopping agent and the wider Yupoo factory ecosystem. We are not the official USFans website, and we are not Yupoo. We're a curated directory that organizes verified factory albums by category and pairs them with one reliable agent, plus the guides that explain how the whole process actually works.
Why we built this
Anyone who has tried to buy factory finds knows the problem: hundreds of scattered Yupoo links, half of them dead, none of them sorted, no explanation of how to actually buy anything, and a constant low-level worry about scams. We built this site to fix that — to be the resource we wished existed when we started. Every category page is genuinely written, with real batch tiers, category-specific QC guidance and honest sizing advice, rather than a bare list of links. The goal is that you finish a page knowing not just what to buy, but what to look for and how to avoid getting burned.
Our approach
We believe in being straight with people, including about the things most sites in this space gloss over. Yupoo has no checkout — you have to buy through an agent. Some batches are noticeably worse than others. Shipping has real trade-offs around volumetric weight. Customs thresholds vary by country. Even the agent we recommend has criticism worth understanding, which we cover honestly on our is USFans legit page rather than pretending it's perfect. We'd rather you make an informed decision than an impulsive one, because informed buyers come back.
How buying works through us
The process is simple and the same for every item: you find something in a factory album, send us the link on WhatsApp, and we buy it at the real factory price with no markup, inspect it, photograph it for your approval, and ship it via DHL, UPS or FedEx.
